At The Rental, we strive to provide high-quality IT rental services and equipment. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for our rental services.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are considered only for cancellations, non-delivery of services, or equipment not meeting agreed specifications.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the rental start date or delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Partial usage or completed rental periods are non-refundable.
- Damages, loss, or misuse of equipment may result in deductions from the security deposit.

- Any delays caused by the customer or third-party factors outside our control are not eligible for a refund.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Short-Term Rentals: Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before delivery to be eligible for a full refund.
- Long-Term Rentals: Cancellations require 7 days’ notice for a prorated refund of unused rental days.
- Service fees or delivery charges may not be refundable.
4. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted to info@therental.in with the rental agreement number.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Refunds may be subject to deductions for applicable fees, damages, or partial usage.
